Thanks for all the great
Thanks for all the great tips! Though I'm still not sure if I'll be tackling baklava any time soon. Sooner a Balaclava, I suspect. Speaking of which, what season can we expect to hear a fall-centric show? Okay, I'm teasing. Keep it up now...

Re: Thanks for all the great
We get the first week of temperatures of less than 100ºF/38ºC here in Arizona and you want autumnal themes! Already?!? Yes, we do realize that the air is getting crisp and fall is making it's debut in many locals. Fall centric shows will be making an appearance in just a couple of weeks. We do have two more summer/grilling episodes that will be following fast on the heels of this episode. Just consider them fodder for the start of tailgating season, then we will launch into some more seasonal for of you, if not for us, episodes.

two by two, peppers of blue.
Just a suggestion on gloves to protect hands from hot pepper oils. If you are allergic to latex, use nitrile gloves. They work just as well, and you can make Firefly quotes while cooking!
What part of Arizona are you
What part of Arizona are you in Kris the air is getting crisp around here, hehe.
Not going to bother signing it, I'll get into enough trouble as is...
Re: What part of Arizona
Why do I feel I'm being bated?
Quite obviously, the hot part :)
Specifically the Phoenix area. I'm actually thrilled that we are now starting on the 2nd week of temperatures lower than 100ºF.
